Bluey Goodnight Fruit Bat Book

Bluey wishes she could be awake at night like a fruit bat, and a dream gives her the chance to explore that possibility. Familiar bedtime wishes become a gentle imaginative adventure, with room to notice how different creatures live. The story combines the recognisable world of Bluey's family with a playful change of perspective, making it inviting for quiet reading before children settle into their own night's sleep.

Age suitability and learning: Baby & toddler (0-2), Preschool (3-5). The illustrated story suits shared reading with younger children and more independent exploration as reading grows. Following events encourages prediction, sequencing and vocabulary; discussing the characters gives children practice recognising feelings and considering other perspectives.
