Jack The Duck Learns To Kick

Continue Jack the Duck's swimming journey with a book focused on learning to kick. The waterproof format brings the illustrated guidance into an activity that parent and child can practise together, linking a familiar character with new movement in the water. A purposeful choice for children ready to progress beyond the earlier levels, with confidence, gradual practice and close adult supervision at the centre.

Age suitability and learning: Preschool (3-5), Primary (6-8). The picture-led format gives young children a familiar focus during adult-led swimming activities. Shared reading can support listening, following instructions and talking about movement in water; practical swimming skills develop through suitable teaching and practice with close adult supervision.
