Klutz My Pom Pom Pet Shop

Create a collection of pom-pom pets with this approachable Klutz Jr. craft project. Children can turn simple shapes and textures into little animal characters, choosing their details and enjoying imaginative play with the pets they have made.

Age suitability and learning: Preschool (3-5), Primary (6-8). The practical making task suits children who can follow a short sequence, with adult help for younger makers. Choosing details and assembling a design support fine motor coordination, planning and concentration, while the finished creation encourages imaginative play and confidence in creative work.
