Quest Aaron Becker

A mysterious king sends two children on a quest through an imaginative world, where coloured crayons and careful choices help them meet its challenges. Aaron Becker continues the visual adventure begun in Journey, allowing readers to follow clues and interpret dramatic scenes without written narration. The richly detailed pictures invite teamwork in shared storytelling, with new discoveries waiting each time the book is explored.

Age suitability and learning: Preschool (3-5), Primary (6-8). The picture-led storytelling lets children participate without needing to read written sentences. Following visual clues supports sequencing, inference and close observation; describing what is happening encourages vocabulary, imaginative narration and comparing different interpretations of the same scene.
